VELOCE MEDIA GROUP DRIVES 437% REVENUE GROWTH AT SEGG MEDIA
Veloce Media Group (“Veloce”), the motorsport, gaming and digital media group majority-owned by Sports Entertainment Gaming Global Corporation (“SEGG Media”) (Nasdaq: SEGG, LTRYW), today highlighted the businesses underpinning its contribution to SEGG Media’s first-quarter revenue growth, spanning motorsport content, lifestyle apparel, esports services and brand partnerships.
Veloce generates revenue through digital advertising, commercial partnerships, esports management, branded content, apparel and live experiences. Quadrant, co-founded by Formula 1 World Champion Lando Norris, is a central part of this business. Combining racing content with a growing lifestyle and apparel brand, Quadrant connects partners with its audience through premium productions, merchandise launches and fan experiences.
Relationships with Shopify, Marex, Revolut and That Prize Guy span sponsored content, live activations and exclusive experiences. These partnerships, together with direct-to-consumer apparel sales and advertising income from YouTube and other digital platforms, provide complementary revenue streams. Content featuring leading racing personalities demonstrates Quadrant’s reach, with a previous video featuring Oliver Bearman attracting more than 12 million YouTube views.
Across the wider Veloce business, operating and managing racing esports programmes for prominent Formula 1 teams, alongside delivering international esports competitions, provides further revenue streams. These services combine specialist operational expertise with content production and event delivery.
Veloce’s media network generates advertising revenue and supports creator campaigns and branded content, while Veloce Racing’s content relationship with E.ON illustrates the commercial opportunities at the intersection of motorsport and storytelling.
Together, these activities provide multiple revenue pillars built around Veloce’s audiences, expertise and intellectual property, offering partners access to engaged communities across racing, gaming and lifestyle.
Daniel Bailey, CEO of Veloce Media Group, said: “The revenue growth reported by SEGG Media highlights Veloce’s commercial contribution and the breadth of the business we have built across motorsport, gaming and digital media.
“From operating esports programmes for prominent Formula 1 teams to building Quadrant alongside Lando Norris, we bring leading brands closer to passionate audiences.
“Our focus is on strengthening our businesses, creating exceptional content and delivering value for our partners and fans.”
In its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended 31 March 2026, filed with the US Securities and Exchange Commission on 8 October 2026, SEGG Media reported revenue of $1.2 million, an increase of 437% compared with the first quarter of 2025. The increase primarily reflects the consolidation of Veloce, including its subsidiary Quadrant, following completion of the acquisition on 17 February 2026. First-quarter results therefore include Veloce only from that date.
SEGG Media’s full first-quarter results are set out in the Form 10-Q, available at www.sec.gov and ir.seggmedia.com.
